Project Overview

The “Green Youth Employability” (GYE) project, funded by Erasmus+, is dedicated to empowering young people with the skills and knowledge necessary for emerging green jobs. As part of this initiative, we are developing a cutting-edge e-learning platform to provide young individuals with practical and actionable insights into the green job market.


We are seeking experts in plant-based cooking to design and deliver an e-learning course that not only meets the needs and interests of young people but also prepares them for future opportunities in the growing field of vegan cuisine.




Role Overview

We are looking for experienced educational content creators in vegan cooking to develop a 10-hour e-learning course. The course should consist of multiple classes that provide young learners with practical knowledge , hands-on learning experiences, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the job market in their field. The content will be delivered in English.



Additionally, selected experts will be required to participate in a training session in Bologna from November 19th to 22nd, 2024 (costs are covered by the project). This training will ensure the coherence of the platform and provide an opportunity for further learning on systemic environmental issues.




Key Responsibilities

  • Course Design: Propose and draft a detailed course outline, including specific topics, learning objectives, and expected outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project consortium to tailor the learning program to the needs of young people.

  • Content Creation: Develop a comprehensive 10-hour e-learning course, including self-assessment quizzes for each lesson.

  • Training Participation: Attend a mandatory training session in Bologna in November to align the course content with the overall project goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in plant-based cooking and vegan cousine.

  • Demonstrated experience in course creation and delivery.

  • Strong digital skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Based in Italy (preferably located in Bologna).


Compensation

Candidates are invited to propose their compensation in the application, reflecting the scope of the course they plan to deliver and their previous experience.
